We have 4 membership tiers.  All include the following:

• 24/7/365 access to a secured workspace in a central location with easy access to restaurants, business, and the trails!
• Fast wifi (200mb/25mb down/up on your device).
• Phone booths to hold your work and video calls.
• Access to shared meeting rooms (whiteboard, 50" wall-mounted TV).
• Office supplies, laser printer, inkjet printer/copier/scanner.
• Professional mailing address for your business.

• Coffee, jelly beans, periodic socials and the daily company of other coworkers to keep your mojo and social juices high.

Floating desk - $129/mo
Work at any available desk or hightop in the common area.  Best for occasional users who don't need peripheral equipment (e.g., 2nd monitor).

Reserved desk - $159/mo
A dedicated desk station in the common area.  Set up your desk that suits your work needs (2nd monitor, favorite lamp, etc).  Best for regular members who don't often take video/phone calls.

Semi-private cube - $229+/mo
5'x5' cubicle (minimum size) with 5' walls between your neighbors.  Larger desk, upgraded office chair, file cabinet.  Best for members who want a little more privacy and take phone/video calls periodically.

Private office - $399+/mo
Our most spacious (9'x8' minimum size) and private option.  Furnished similarly as the cubicles but also includes a mini-fridge and keyless entry.  Up to 2 persons can share an office at standard rate.  Additional person can be added for +$45/mo.  Best for members who need ultimate privacy, frequently take calls, or part of a small company wih employees who need to work together.

We welcome drop-in's!  The daily drop-in rate is $22.  Visitors who are members from other cowork communities that participate in the Coworking Visa program are entitled to 3 complimentary visits annually to our space.  Visitors are strongly encouraged to email us in advance for best availability (particularly during the summer months).  Please note we can only accept reservations up to 2 weeks in advance, and for drop-in visits no longer than 3 consecutive visits.
